USA Shipping

We ship FedEx Ground exclusively for the United States. When your order ships FedEx will automatically notify you of your shipment using the email address you provided during the checkout process.

International Shipping

We ship USPS for all international destinations. If your country is not available in our drag-down list during checkout, please contact us and we will try to get you the best rate.

Returns & Exchanges

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON ITEMS PURCHASED AT REBEL8.COM.

Most items purchased from REBEL8.COM can be returned for exchange only within 10 days of receiving your order.

PROCEDURE

To return products, you must call us at 415-643-3933 or email shop@REBEL8.com to receive verification. To expedite the process of your credit, REBEL8 expects you to return the products to REBEL8 in their original packaging within 10 days of the date that REBEL8 verifies and confirms your return.

YOU MUST PREPAY SHIPPING CHARGES AND INSURE THE SHIPMENT OR ACCEPT THE RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT.

Returned products must be in as-new condition. Items must have all of the tags and labels attached as well as be in the same, perfect condition they were sent to you: unworn, unused, unwashed.

EXCEPTIONS

There are no returns or exchanges on any sale items, accessories, limited edition items, books, flash sets, posters, stickers, or Sharpies. This includes same style exchanges for sizes, color, change of heart, etc. Once you purchase them, you own them.
