SHIPPING INFO
All California residents will incur a 9.5% sales tax.
FedEx does NOT ship to PO BOXES. If you must ship to a PO BOX, you must use USPS.

• FedEx Ground: 1 – 6 Business Days
• USPS: 1 – 14 Business Days
Direct signatures are required for FedEx Ground delivery for orders over $100.00.
FedEx will not deliver a box that is signature required without someone being available to sign for the package. If this is a problem give us a call within 24 hours of placing your order.
Domestic Shipping
We ship FedEx Ground and USPS for the United States. When your order ships a tracking number will automatically be emailed to the address you provide during check out.
International Shipping
We ship USPS for all international destinations. If your country is not available in our drag-down list during checkout, please contact us and we will try to get you the best rate.
Returns & Exchanges
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON ITEMS PURCHASED AT REBEL8.COM.
However, most items can be returned for exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
EXCEPTIONS
THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, OR DESIGN PRODUCTS. Returned merchandise must be in as-new condition. Items must have all of the tags and labels attached as well as be in the same, perfect condition they were sent to you: unworn, unused, unwashed.
PROCEDURE
Please contact CUSTOMER SERVICE first so we can issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number and verify your order. You must do this step before you send anything back.
Once we receive your return, give us 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to review your request. Many times we’ll ship out your replacement items immediately. In some cases, we may need your credit card information again to bill shipping charges or any difference in costs for your new products. For added security we do not keep any of your credit card information on file.
